    2. Nutella Christmas Cookies

    Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Nutella (hazelnut spread)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts or chocolate chips (optional for extra texture)
  • Christmas-themed sprinkles or edible decorations (optional)

  • In a bowl, mix Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually add the flour and a pinch of salt. Stir until the dough comes together. If it's too sticky, add a bit more flour until it’s manageable.
  • Roll the dough into small balls (about 1-inch in size) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Gently press each ball with a fork to flatten slightly. You can add sprinkles or chopped nuts on top for a festive touch.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

    4. Nutella-Stuffed Crepes

    Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Nutella (as needed for filling)
  • Instructions:
    1. Make the crepe batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    2. Cook the crepes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until lightly golden. Remove and set aside. Repeat with remaining batter.
    3. Stuff the crepes: Once the crepes are cool enough to handle, spread a generous amount of Nutella in the center of each crepe. Fold or roll them up to seal the Nutella inside.
