Recipes with Marshmallow

1. S’mores Dip

Ingredients: Chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, graham crackers for dipping.

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In an oven-safe skillet or baking dish, spread an even layer of chocolate chips.

Top with mini marshmallows and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden and gooey.

Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.

 

 

2. Hot Chocolate S'mores Dip

Ingredients: Chocolate chips, milk, mini marshmallows, graham crackers or fruit for dipping.

Instructions:

In an oven-safe skillet, melt chocolate chips with a splash of milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat, top with a layer of mini marshmallows, and broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden and toasted.

Ingredients: Milk, cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla extract, mini marshmallows.

Instructions:

Pour into serving dishes, let cool slightly, and top with mini marshmallows.

Toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch or broiler until golden for a perfect winter treat.
