Refund / Replacement / Return Policy:

At Tohfa Tales, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and strive to deliver products of the highest quality. While we maintain stringent quality control measures, we understand that certain situations may necessitate a replacement. Therefore, we offer replacements under the following conditions:

a. Damaged / Broken Products:

If you receive any damaged or broken products, please email us the unboxing video and photos within 3 days of receiving them at tohfatales@gmail.com. Our team will review the case within 2 working days. If approved, we will happily replace the damaged or broken products within approximately 7 working days. Please note that we do not accept return or refund requests for such cases.

b. Wrong / Incorrect Products:

In the event of receiving the wrong or incorrect products, kindly email us the unboxing video and photos within 3 days of receiving them at tohfatales@gmail.com. After reviewing the case within 2 working days, if approved, we will resend the correct products within approximately 7 working days and arrange for the return of the wrong or incorrect products via reverse pickup. We do not entertain refund requests for such cases.

c. Missing Products:

If any product is missing from your order, please share an unboxing video via email within 24 hours of receiving the products at tohfatales@gmail.com. After reviewing the case within 2 working days, if approved, we will promptly resend the missing products within approximately 7 working days. Replacements requests for missing products will not be accepted without the submission of an unboxing video. We do not entertain refund requests for such cases.

Cancellation Policy:

a. Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests are not accepted. However, if you still wish to cancel the order, the following fees will be deducted, and the refund for the remaining amount will be credited to your source account within 7 working days: Fees: 2-way shipping fees + 5% Cancellation Charges (4% Payment gateway fees + 1% Packing fees).

b. If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, only a 5% Cancellation Fee (4% Payment gateway fees + 1% Packing fees) will be charged.

c. Orders containing personalized or customized products cannot be canceled once dispatched. If you still wish to cancel such an order, the following fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days: Fees: Cost of the personalized Product / Products + 2-way shipping fees + 5% Cancellation Charges (4% Payment gateway fees + 1% Packing fees).

d. Cancellation of personalized orders before dispatch will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of personalized Product / Products plus a 5% Cancellation Fee (4% Payment gateway fees + 1% Packing fees).

Shipping Policy:

a. Shipping Fees

● Shipping fees will be added on the final checkout page, allowing you to review the total cost of your purchase before completing your order.

b. Shipping Timeline

● For Tier 1 cities, delivery is typically within 2-4 working days. ● For other cities, please allow approximately 7 working days for delivery.

c. Shipping Timings

● The delivery timing depends on the courier company. However, standard delivery times are between 8 AM and 8 PM. ● Deliveries are generally not made on Saturdays, Sundays, and national, bank, or public holidays.

d. Order Dispatch

● Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed. Once dispatched, the shipping timeline as mentioned above will apply.

e. Unforeseen Situations

● Please be aware that unforeseen situations such as natural calamities, heavy rains, national, bank, and public holidays, operational challenges, local festivals, etc., are beyond our control. These situations may cause delays in dispatch and delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases and assure you that we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

1. The cancellation fees are incurred regardless of whether the order is canceled or completed, and refunds can only be processed after deducting these fees.
